Ever heard of it before? It is an out of body experience. That is, one's soul travels out of the body on its own. It is said that you can travel to a different realm as well. It is also said that such ability is genetic, however you can learn to astral project as well. Many times people who have astral projection in their genetics do not realize that they are astral projecting. They do it in their sleep. A movie was also made on this topic. Do you believe in this? Maybe it is true maybe it isn't. I personally never heard of such a thing in my life and thus would like to remain ignorant about it. However, it is interesting to know about others believes.
