Anger Management

    Feeling angry? Uncontrollable anger? You want to just kill someone? Destroy everything around you? Don't know what to do? Try breathing. Inhale slowly from your nose, longer than usual. Similarly, exhale slowly from your mouth, longer than you took to inhale. If you are standing then sit down. If you are sitting then try lying down. Close you eyes and have a glass of water. Try not to break the glass or crush it in your hands. Eat something hard so to crush them under your teeth. So you are at least crushing something! Listen to some music in a room alone, if you can find one. Also try being productive if possible. Take out your anger in your writings or in you paintings. Cook, do some exercise, do whatever it takes to divert your mind. Splash some cool water in that red face of yours and you should feel just fine!
