Sleep cycles

    I have noticed that people my age have horrible sleep cycles. Sleeping late at night, that is around 4 or 5 in the morning is extremely unhealthy. Sleeping that late makes a person feel dizzy and lethargic the rest of the day. The sleep cycle gets disturbed so even if a person wants to sleep early, they can't because the slept late the night before. Some people get used to it, but later in life it becomes difficult to manage. What works for me is to sleep around 12 or 1 no matter what. It doesn't matter how much I have to study and how important it is, I always go to sleep on time. Waking up late is a very good alternative, as science has proved that humans are much more productive during the mornings. No wonder schools mostly start by 8 O clock in the morning.
