Every person has their own beliefs, and like everyone, I have my own beliefs too: 'whatever happens, happens for your own good'.
We all have goals in life. As a student, me and my friends were all hoping to get into our dream universities. Some of us reached the goal but some of us, unfortunately, did not. A few months ago, some of us thought our lives were over because we were going to universities we weren't even considering applying to in the first place. It turned out that we all are doing subjects we love, instead of going to the universities we love but doing the subjects we are not interested in. For instance, I am majoring in Psychology, will probably end up having a career in it and will InshaAllah, excel in it as well.

Another example is of a friend whose dream was to study in Nottingham University. Even after getting the admission with all the conditions being met, he could not go due to visa rejection. So, until he gets his visa for next year, he is writing a novel. If that novel ends up being a huge success then he will end up on a whole new side of the world.
No matter how many plans we make and no matter how hard we work for a goal, Allah really is the best planner of all.
